Projects where Property Owners Associations were needed we set those up and manage. Where tenants are part of the projects we also perform the tenant management services so the investor involvement can be as passive as desired by that specific investor. In some projects the investor prefers to also be hands on.

Total exposure on the project was $1.4 Million. From this parcel project 2, 5 and 6 below were born. Now home to 92,000 sq ft of offices and room for another 22,000 to be built
