My background as an Environmental consultant and business owner always comes handy when helping business owners find the best suitable place for their business.  My real estate background goes back to my early years when I used to accompany my father to the properties that he had either under construction or for lease, that made me develop a passion for renovation and construction, as well as cash flow.  I have strong people skills and love working with entrepreneurs.

Sandi Tubbs is an Administrative Assistant at Texas Glocal Partners, with 16 years of experience helping owners manage their properties. Specializing in professional, genuine customer service, Sandi uses that experience to assist owners with scheduling needed repairs, improvements and special projects. Her role involves collecting dues, rent and fees, accounts payable and receivables, marketing and maintaining the properties.

Sandi’s background in management, sales and merchandising has opened opportunities for her as a site inspector and property assistant for Texas Glocal Partners. Sandi prides herself on the wonderful relationships she has with the owners, tenants and vendors and open communication with all.

When she is not at Texas Glocal Partners, Sandi is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time with her grandson and children at the beach or in the mountains.

Lewis Walker has a broad based Real Estate background in Consulting, Mortgage Administration, Development, Commercial & Residential, Brokerage and Advertising.

When your path in life is full of rocks and stones, you pick them up and build houses. I didn’t become an architect because I couldn’t draw straight lines, however; I did have strong management skills which brought me to the path of Project Management in the fields Construction, Property Management and and Real Estate.
